Requirements
The next step in applying for your 190 Skilled Nominated (PR) visa is fulfilling all of the eligibility requirements. There are quite a few and you are going to have to be diligent and organised when going through the application process. The entry requirements for the subclass 190 Skilled Nominated (PR) Visa are:
- be under 45 years of age at the time of invitation.
- have competent English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent).
- have a positive skills assessment for an occupation listed on the relevant skilled occupation list.
- achieve a minimum of 65 points on the points test.
- be nominated by an Australian state or territory government.
- submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) through SkillSelect and receive an invitation to apply.
- meet health and character requirements.
