Consultation Fees
Initial consultation fees are payable in advance. Your credit card or banking details are processed securely by third-party payment gateway providers.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We generally do not offer refunds for the cancellation of initial consultation, but we allow you to re-schedule. You must re-schedule the appointment at least 24 hours before the current meeting time.
However, we may consider unavoidable circumstances that beyond your control and offer a refund of up to 60% for cancellations made prior to the scheduled meeting.
Wrong Date, Late Joining, and No Shows
We do not accommodate bookings made for the wrong date, late joins, or no shows, as this may impact other clients. If you join late, the session will be shortened to fit the remaining time.
Prior Information
While not mandatory, describing your queries in advance can maximize the outcome of the meeting. In some cases, research may be required before we can provide you with accurate information.
Service Agreement
In accordance with the Code of Conduct for Registered Migration Agents, we cannot provide immigration assistance without a signed service agreement, except for the initial consultation. Only the first consultation on a specific immigration matter qualifies as an initial consultation.
If further consultations are required, a service agreement must be signed before we can proceed.
